Delivery & Returns Policy

Just as we create consciously and with sustainability in mind, so we encourage our customers to shop with us in a mindful way. Below are details of our global shipping methods and returns policy. All our items are handmade in limited quantities and we want each purchase to be loved and cherished in your wardrobe or home for years to come. UK SHIPPING:

We aim to dispatch all orders 1-3 working days after your order is placed but we are a small team and during busy periods (Christmas/Sale etc) it may take us slightly long - please bear with us!

UK - free over £80

Standard shipping - £4.95

DPD Express Shipping - £6.95

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

To make shopping with Dilli Grey as seamless as possible for our international customers we have partnered with Global-E, a cross-border solution.

We now deliver to 212 countries around the world. The relevant international delivery charge will automatically be added to your shopping bag at checkout, with standard and express options available. It will also show the taxes/duties payable, relevant to your country to streamline the process.

RETURNS PROCESS:

If you'd like to return any item choose from our UK or International returns portal in the footer of our website (or scan the card included with your order).

PLEASE INCLUDE ALL PAPERWORK TO ALLOW US TO IDENTIFY YOUR RETURN. WE AIM TO PROCESS RETURN REQUESTS WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM (PLEASE ALLOW A LITTLE LONGER FOLLOWING A SALE AS WE RECEIVE A HIGHER VOLUME OF RETURNS) PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE A SMALL INDEPENDENT BRAND AND ALL OF YOUR ORDERS AND RETURNS ARE PROCESSED IN OUR STORES NOT A WAREHOUSE OR FULFILMENT CENTRE 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28-days (14-days for sale goods) of the date of shipment and they are in perfect, original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging intact.

Unfortunately any items returned that have been worn, soiled or are outside this 28-day period cannot be refunded.

**UK RETURNS - Please note our returns shipping address has changed, you will be sent all shipping details once your return request has been authorised. Please wait to send back any returns to us until you receive this confirmation. You will be guided through the quick steps to request a return and then notified with your shipping instructions once your return has been approved.**

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your item back and it has been checked you will be notified and a refund will be processed to the original payment method (minus returns shipping if international) within 7 working days. Please allow up to 14 days if your items is purchased during our sale period.

Please note, if your item was purchased as part of a promotion to gain a discount on a secondary item, if you choose to return the original item your refund amount will reflect the full-price of the secondary item if you choose to keep it as the discount originally applied will no longer be valid.

Please remember that even if you decide you would like to return the item we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully folding the item and putting it back into the bag provided.

All items returned to us are at your own risk.
